The Gap Between Learning and Earning

A Free Erotic Embodiment Class

Erotic Embodiment classes are group online classes where we learn communally about connecting with the body and accessing more of your internal resources.

We harness the elements of breathwork, movement, touch, sound and placement of awareness to build your pleasure potential. We work together to create both structured practices and improvised ones, exploring different themes in each class.

These circles are both learning and practice spaces.
You do not need to have any previous experience to participate, and you can participate to your comfort level.

Being an online class, there is the added element of choice whether you would like to be on screen or off screen at times. This will be a clothing-optional event.

Uma Ayelet Furman is the founder of the Institute of Somatic Sexology and has spent over a decade working with individuals and couples around intimacy, embodiment, and relationship to pleasure.

Her work sits at the intersection of somatic practice, sexuality, and real-life application—supporting people to reconnect with their bodies in a way that is both practical and deeply personal. Over the years, she has also trained practitioners from around the world, with a focus not just on the work itself, but on how to actually build a practice that feels aligned, sustainable, and real.

Uma is especially interested in the gap between learning a modality and turning it into a livelihood. She brings an honest, down-to-earth perspective to what it takes to grow in this field—navigating visibility, self-doubt, boundaries, and the very real challenges of building a business in an emerging industry.

Uma shares from lived experience—what has worked, what hasn’t, and what she continues to learn along the way.

Her approach is warm, direct, and embodied, with a strong emphasis on integrity, simplicity, and staying connected to the why behind the work.
